To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xonnet and its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

- In-app notification for mobile application users (for significant changes)
- Email notification if we have your contact information (for significant changes)
Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our services.
11. App Store Terms
If you download our mobile applications from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are between you and xonnet, not with Apple or Google
- Apple and Google are not responsible for our applications or their content
- You will comply with the applicable third-party terms when using our applications
- Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your use of our services, you may simply discontinue using them and uninstall any mobile applications.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwangju, Republic of Korea.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and xonnet regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
